SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders typically take 1–2 business days to process before they ship. During sales, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 14 business days. Lace wigs require additional customization time and may take up to 20 business days to process.

SHIPPING TIMELINES
Once processed, most orders ship within 2–3 business days via our standard shipping carrier. Delivery time after shipping depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $199.
- Shipping rates for orders under $199, and for all international orders, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of the expected ship window, please contact us.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your tracking shows a delay or your package appears lost, contact us and we'll help you look into it with the carrier.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away — we can only make changes before the order ships.
