Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: We have a 1 to 2 day processing time. Most products ship within 2–3 business days. During sales or promotions,
processing may take up to 14 business days. Lace wigs require extra time and
may take up to 20 business days to process.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times will vary by
location and are shown at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you
can follow your package every step of the way.
Q: What type of hair do you sell?
A: We proudly offer premium human hair extensions. Our Divine Collection showcases top-quality raw double drawn Cambodian hair, crafted for luxury and
long-lasting wear. The Glam Collection features Brazilian hair in glam-ready
styles designed for effortless elegance. The Slay Collection combines Malaysian
and Brazilian textures to deliver stylish, everyday looks at an accessible
price point.
Q: Can I dye or style the hair?
A: Yes! Since our hair is 100% human, you can dye, bleach, curl, straighten,
and style it just like your own. We recommend using high-quality products to
maintain longevity.
Q: How long will the hair last?
A: With proper care, our raw hair extensions can last up to 5+ years. Other
textures and collections may vary, but on average, you can expect long-lasting
wear when cared for properly.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or worn
hair products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us
within 3 days so we can make it right.
Products must be returned in their
original packaging. This means the hair cannot be altered in any way. Original
ties must remain intact.
Clearance and sale items are
final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for
return shipping costs. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and
inspected, a store credit will be issued.
Shipping costs are
non-refundable.
